Veterans of Tomorrow

Our Vision

Our goal is to help demobilized military personnel, primarily veterans with disabilities, undergo social and psychological adaptation. Through training in IT professions, based on military camaraderie, we aim to create a separate, independent team of developers. Its activities will focus not only on achieving financial independence for each individual but also on supporting comrades and their families, as well as providing medical assistance to those in need. With sufficient funding, we plan to open schools to train specialists in other professions that are best suited for veterans.

Key Project Ideas

  • It is important to provide demobilized military personnel, especially veterans with disabilities, with the conditions for a smooth adaptation to civilian life. This includes both psychological support and integration into society. A key element of this process is the development of new skills that will help veterans find their place in the new environment.
  • Selection of capable individuals (veterans) who have been discharged due to health reasons. At the beginning of the project, 15 individuals who met the criteria have already been selected. The total number of participants in the course can reach up to 30. The course involves intensive training lasting 6 months, during which participants will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for further professional development.
  • One of the most effective ways to help veterans is to provide them with the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills. We offer training in IT professions for financial independence and remote work. The courses are conducted in a comfortable environment with accommodation at one location. For rehabilitation, we involve psychologists and set up a room for independent study.
  • With sufficient funding, we plan to open schools for training in other professions. These schools will be aimed at helping each veteran find a suitable specialty that takes into account their needs and capabilities. Thus, we strive to create conditions for the successful professional realization of veterans in civilian life.
  • Based on military camaraderie, we are forming development teams that strive for financial stability and support their fellow soldiers and their families. Our goal is to create effective teams with a sense of duty towards veterans. In the future, we plan to establish a veteran IT company, actively participate in the lives of veterans, and initiate new projects to help former military personnel adapt to life outside the army.
